>>48397363>ZettaLast fight before I take a break for midterms. Team - Absol, Weavile, Perrserker, Typhlosion, Dragonair, Type Null. Absol can't touch Schem, Perrserker can't touch Fiamma, Typhlosion is bizarrely a physical set and can't take down Jose, Yujiro takes down Type Null, Satan takes down Weavile, then Dragonair. Naraku and Dragonair have a boostoff of Iron Defense and Dragon Dance, Naraku Confuses it, then wins out after a crit scare from Waterfall. Probably could have played better, ah well.
Right after this I'm thrown into battle against several Dexoys, slightly weaker Normal Forme Deoxys. All easily taken down by Schem.
>>48398474Jesus Christ. Fucking F, though nice rebuild
>>48398760Flareon is bad, and Vaporeon while good is one of Sinnoh's many good water types. I'd say just go with Jolteon.
>>48397760Fun concept. If you didn't know, Buffel Salt, someone who makes very similar games to Dray, finished an Emerald hack recently, and has hacks for XY and USUM. Plus there's a Dray esque hack for SwSh, Divine Sword/Blessed Shield, so you could do a whole genlocke out of it.
Good luck, and hope you make it through all the games this time.
>>48399835Excellently done. Might try a monotype run in BW2 myself sometime, seems like a great game for them that's not overly laden with options like later gens
>>48399707Another main drawback is just the attachment you feel to your mons. Diligently grinding something up means you're more attached to that mon and it hurts worse when they die and nuzlockes are in part predicated on knockouts really mattering instead of being literally free. But if you can ignore/don't really care about that aspect of the challenge I don't see why you shouldn't do it, and if the game is relatively easy/you don't have a lot of free time irl it becomes even more acceptable
