It's important not just that the breasts, hips, thighs and asses are as big as can be, but also that they are big in proportion to their waist. The bigger the discrepancy the better. in fact almost every single female pokemon character has a larger bust outside of the games. the manga and the anime and even spinoff games give them much heavier chests than in the offical artwork from the games. sad really
