Sticky Web is great if you're going for a support Galvantula. If you wanna run that gimmicky shit with T-wave and Swagger then run a Prankster Pokemon that learns both, like Klefki or Liepard.

Aggron... eh. I use Mega Aggron myself. Have had a lot of luck with Heavy Slam/EQ/Stone Edge/T-wave.
