The dark red ones in HGSS gave off a kewl Jurassic Park vibe, so I like them best, and also because I don't like the candy red and white design, and I don't especially like the gen 1 and 2 designs over the HGSS one.
For the inside I prefer Alola or Sinnoh centers. Both have very comfy out-of-the-way seating so nobody trips over you while healing their pokemon, you don't have to sit down among the bustle of the busy center. Sinnoh is cool for having multiple floors connected by escalators, and the cheery lighting did not escape my notice. Alola's nice for being an all-in-one healing, refreshment and shop stop, and I appreciate how much larger they are. The tricky thing is that I am sometimes afraid to sit down in the Alola centers because the café owner will often yell at me for not buying a drink first. You also don't get to rest for the night which is a shame. The loud and rude attitude of the tourists make them even less comfy, but I do like the layout and relaxing brown color-scheme more than Sinnoh's.
