Delphox also has a bad early game until it is lv 6, not as bad as ralts but still bad. Buffing FC & FS is trying to save face when MF is the entire move that brings Delphox kit together, yet the mon does not do anything too broken like the current Meta mons, just very annoying as it pokes damages quickly.
You want to give a buff to ice fang and earthquake, T-tar, pika who already stun locks well (timi can give it the blaze kick treatment I will be fine with that) & no buffs to Zard despite how much I hate the kanto lizard its doing really bad now.
Even as a glaceon main your trying to give it a buff when Glaceon is fine the way it is now? Only reason Glaceon is not as high is because new mons/buff mons are being picked over it despite its kit being very consistent (icy/dry).
