I imagine that Hypno could put other fighters to sleep with hypnosis and then use a move like dream eater to do massive damage (sorta like how jigglypuffs sing and rest combo works). It could also use brick break to smash through shields and counters, calm mind to raise attack and defense, and other moves like zen headbutt or psycho cut.
>How mad would it make /vp/ if they got in?Most people would probably be upset because it's not a very popular Pokemon and a lot of smash fans get mad when unpopular characters get in the game. There would also probably be a lot of memes and stuff about how "Hypno is creepy" and all that.
