Here's what I think makes the most sense for Forusk and Terrorcotta. Terrorcotta makes more sense to me as a physical wall because of its tough pot/shell/whatever, and Forusk makes more sense as a special wall because it's fat and bulky but relatively soft, in the same way as Blissey.
Terrorcotta is slower than Forusk because it's rooted in the ground as opposed to running free or even charging like Forusk could. It has a higher special attack because I can see it manipulating the earth and its vines/thorns to perform more attacks. Basically, Terrorcotta has slightly better Sp. Atk and 5 extra points in its worse defensive stat to compensate for a lower HP than Forusk, and a lower speed stat.
Also, with this setup, they both have the same BST as Venusaur, so I thought that was interesting.
I know stats for Terrorcotta are locked, but once they're unlocked, this should be one of the prime candidates for testing.
