I like the unqie Electric/Normal typing it has, but secondary Normal type does nothing for it whatsoever. It's only viable Normal stab is fucking Hyper Beam. And the Ghost immunity isn't that important when its just a slower Jolteon that gets wrecked by Fighting attacks. Unless they give it Tri-Attack and Boomburst it's Normal typing is a waste.
