Rock types are by far the worst type to do a monotype run. They are usually slow, pretty bad specially defensive, and have too many weaknesses. Still, I'll try to do it in HG. So far, so good. After a couple of resets, I finally got a great Geodude and a decent enough Slugma to start the run (will need all the help needed). Ironically, the early game of this run is great and so far so good in terms of battles, just needed to dodge some water trainers and a Machop trainer and we gucci.
