/pol/ outdoes /vp/ in shitposting (but at least its shitposts are shaping real-world politics though). That doesn't mean /vp/ isn't terrible too, though.
On the other hand, it actually lives up to being an image-board, there always being a lot of nice and relevant images beyond memes and reaction images.
/tg/ is superior either way though.
