this guy's main issue for his overpoweredness comes from aeriliate. mostly unresisted 120 Stab atttack is insane. there's a reason flying attacks are either inconsistent, have drawbacks, and the few god ones aren't widespread.
also it basically gives it two abilities since salamence's intimadate or moxie can kick in before mega evolving.
giving it something rather useless like inner focus could MAYBE let it back in OU territory
