>>50835465I don't know how accurate this will still be, but apparently Niantic accidentally leaked the new Ultra Unlock information early, and I didn't see anyone post about it so I thought I'd post it here:
Ultra Unlock: Anniversary Event:

>Team GO Rocket balloons will appear every TWO hours instead of three>Earn 5x (instead of 4x) stardust from GO Battle League rewards>1 extra raid pass per day>Earn 50% extra XP from raid battles>Earn 2 mysterious components per GO Rocket Grunt beaten>Earn 50% stardust from defeating GO Rocket Grunts>Encounter legendary Pokémon as low as rank 16 instead of 20>In addition to Geodude, Shinx and Purrloin, the Ducklett line, Patrat line and Foongus line will be added as potential shadow Pokémon (remember Foongus and Amoongus will give extra stardust)But more importantly:
