>>30434741In a piece of dialog with one of the clerks in the town on melemele, it is established that rotom pokedex's are not terribly unique, and that their are upgrades for them that you can get which makes it sound like it's not uncommon for people to roll on through town with them.
And yet no one tries to have rotoms translate for other pokemon. Could it perhaps be that pokemon don't understand each other?
