The average person is completing the main post-game stories of the first DLC in under 3 hours, and it's to be expected the second will be about the same length; but, to give hope, let's say it's 10 hours between both DLC for a regular non-completionist game play. Platinum's additional game play is still 24 hours, on average, which is more than double.
If you want to complete the games entirely, then it's obviously going to be longer, but it'd be longer for both. The average completionist time, before DLC, for SWSH is only 88 hours. The average time for a completed campaign with post game for Platinum is 224 hours. There is no way the DLC is going to be 136 hours long to 100%.
Even fucking RBY's 100% is about 104 hours for an average player who's familiar with Pokemon.
The only way the DLC is 100+ hours is if you one of the knobs that just like running around in the fields without doing anything substantial, which is fine if that's how you want to enjoy your game, but if I like watching the Platinum title screen and stare at it for 1000 hours, that doesn't mean the game has 1000+ hours of gameplay.
If you're going to argue 'a game is as long as you make it' crap, then literally any game can last infinitely and give you infinite gameplay, but you're not going to spend 30,000 hours on Alf for the Master System and claim that it has that much content worth of gameplay.
