Their goal is to capture Eternius or whatever to get more Dynamax Power; they already have some and are using it in the gyms, but they want more because evil. You take Eternius and defeat them and you beat Leon and you become the champion and then you go to a cardboard box in an alleyway with "battle tower" scrawled on it in sharpie and that's the endgame.
