You have Brahma, the creator, which lines up with Xerneas.
Shiva, the destroyer, which is Yveltal.
And Vishnu, the preserver, which would be Zygarde.
Zygarde's 50% form even has the snake heads behind it like Vishnu.
The closest thing you could maybe see is that Zeraora's Electric typing comes from Indra, a God of thunder and lightning who reigns above the rest but beneath the Trimurti, which befits Zeraora being a mythical which is still weaker than the Aura Trio.
