Found a tolerable enough sprite editor in pixieditor. Redrawing the horns from tracings of the one I drew in asesprite didn't go so well and I made a few changes to the base colors, it ain't perfect, but it's at least 30 times than the base shiny.
I'm likely not getting too into this, but I'll probably edit some of the more offensively shit shinies for Pokemon I like.
