Since we don't know what EVs they had, nor what Nature, etc. it's hard to really anticipate what would happen, but Groudon could 2HKO Kyogre, and if it crits, OHKO it. If Kyogre misses with Hydropump, which I don't need to tell anyone how possible that is, it really is possible that Groudon could kill it.
