Can be found at the Safari zone of the region, or just in the more wild routes of the region. You may see me hunting the roaming Pokemon of the region, showing up just after you've caught them saying "Dang, I can't believe found them first! Aw well, congratulations. Come see my at the Safari zone and I'll give you (some item that boosts attacks for the Mon's type)"
