Characteristics that mean it's possible a 31 (or any of the other numbers listed in that row)
- Takes plenty of siestas (HP)
- Likes to Thrash (Attack)
- Capable of Taking Hits (Defense)
- Mischievous (Special Attack)
- Somewhat Vain (Special Defense)
- Alert to Sounds (Speed)
Just means if you hatch/sr a legendary and it is "alert to sounds". that one of the max stats is speed.
