strange that they buffed g8r and empoleon and left blastoise to decompose when it's supposed to be the kantooooooo pokemon - surely giving it dragon tail wouldn't hurt if they don't want to just throw counter into the mix?
looking at the rankings both g8r and empoleon are probably pretty relevant now but not much else has changed
