Every other gen acknowledges legitimate criticism of their gen while only refuting the shitpost arguments, while XY zoomers spack out at literally every mention of their generation.There are real, tangible issues with XY; the camera control in Lumiose City; the save glitch on week 1; the Lumiose Badlands in general, from the poor camera to the wind messing with the player's mobility; frame drops during larger battles like Hordes or 3v3; the bland idle and battle animations.
And then there's the really vague, subjective shit like "it's forgettable" or "soulless" or "it has no identity". Or problems that didn't start in XY, like the difficulty (it's a Pokemon game, and they've been trying to make the series "accessible" to children since forever).
