"Well, as you already know, the Apricorn is 'deactivated' for the time being. I believe that the only way to get it to work fully again is through constant 'activation' with spiritual energy."
"What now?" you ask in confusion.
"Basically, you'll need to warm it up again by 'activating' it multiple times. Then, the full power of the Apricorn will return."
"I see, so how do I achieve this?"
"Unfortunately my boy, I don't delve much into spiritual mumbo jumbo, so I suggest you take this to the Bellsprout Tower in Violet City."
