To be frank, if no one around me did raids in person, I'd be miffed by this. Hopefully people will at least be able to do remote raids for these guys. Buzzwole probably won't matter, but Pheromosa will be the only usage, non-shadow bug-type in the game and Xurkitree will be by far the best electric-type in the game, since it's Shadow Electivire with better TDO for a cheaper stardust cost.
But really, if no one on Twitter or Reddit complains about all these event/time-gated Pokémon, I'm gonna be even more disappointed in this game's "community".
