Chase and Elaine look 9/10 to say the most. They're obviously the youngest protagonists ever. Also, Let's Go artworks only use the in-game style of characters so it's way harder to know the characters age. Could be 11 but all the reference images are too chibi.
Red, Blue and Green are, i'll say 12/14 in those games.
They look chibi as well but their bodies are more defined instead of how are Chase & Elaine.
