Earthquake can 2hko spdef toxapex and ohko heatran and do a decent chunk to magearna, hpice can 2hko things that are 4x weak such as landorus-t. Suckerpunch is to pick off something that is faster than you and very frail, like alakazam or blacephalon. Megahorn is for tangrowth specifically but Double-edge is a reliable stab move so that tornadus-t cant wall you so easily.
speed EVs are to speed creep pokemon who are speed creeping modest heatran, so you well outspeed most defensive pokemon in general, and 252+ attack to hit as hard as possible with physial moves. Stantler has a usable spA stat so we went with a lonely nature to not lower it. Intimidate s a useful ability but Stantler won't be taking many hits anyways, it's main goal is to weaken opponent defensive cores so that you can clean up with another win condition later on. Nature doesnt really matter as long as it raises attack and doesn't lower speed.
