I know nobody wants to blow a $60 load for the PC edition or a $30 load for the Switch edition (both contain the normal game and Hacker's Memory) so I'd advise emulating Digimon World Dusk or Dawn for the DS before hand. If you like the general gameplay of the DS games, you'll fucking love Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth. Before anyone even thinks it: No, Cyber Sleuth doesn't have that fucking annoying species exp mechanic. I do want to warn you of something before I go, anon. The story is like a really cliche and stupid anime, but the gameplay is good enough to make mashing through dialogue bearable.
