>>55528818Donphan is the low ELO shitter's rapid spinner of choice since it's fat, has hard hitting Earthquakes, and has priority in Ice Shard. In this gen it's kind of deserved since Rapid Spin is such a rare move and Defog is nonexistent. Its only competition in UU was Quaquaval - a Pokemon who prefers to run Aqua Step/Close Combat/Swords Dance/Tera Blast - and other RU Pokemon like Blastoise, Cyclizar, and Forretress. The only one of those I'd say gives Donphan a run for its money is Forretress since it not only removes hazards but it shits them out as well.
