I went/are going with the exact opposite natures. My Persian (non shiny) is Jolly with Normal Gem Fake Out and Technician Covet and I was planning on going for Timid A-Persian with Fur Coat, maybe HP Ice if possible and a couple of support moves for doubles.
The one you've sent me will find a nice place in my shiny dex though~
