>>44456409Yes and no. The stat is lowered by a stage, and then raised by the badge boost fraction, so it ends up lowering that stat less, while raising the other stats. For example, if the opponent uses Growl, your attack will drop slightly less than it would without the glitch, and your speed, special and defense will rise slightly.
