>>53618009I messed up big time.
I decided to go vs. Maxie with Loudred still Burned because why is this fight in the bumfuck nowhere? I also didn't teach Smack Down thinking that surely that won't matter. Also who needs Water-types, Good Rod is soon? :)
I'm not even making a full play-by on this one. Mightyena was not an issue thanks to Paralysis and switching around the Swagger spam.
I was hoping Numel could handle Camerupt, but I was wrong. Makes sense, how would he handle it?
Ultimately, what I was able to do to take it down was hit Snarl several times with Mightyena to keep the damage manageable, and then chip it down. This left Mightyena in very poor shape.
The real issue ended up being the Golbat, mostly because Camerupt being such a threat. Mightyena no longer had the gas to keep it in check, Skitty could come in to Paralyze, nothing could deal good damage, and even the healthy Pokemon were weak to it.
In the end, both Mightyena and Nuzleaf took the fall, and even then, I had to actively pray to win via Mightyena's final Swagger gambit.
Loudred lived at 1 HP. Had he not, I might've been able to finish with Grovyle, but I got dangerously close to wiping right here.
I meant to go all the way to Flannery with this one, but suffice to say, there's rebuilding to be done.
