>>36545681Because our opinions don't matter to Game Freak anymore. /vp/ consists of all adults that started with Gen 1 and are in the <1% that still play the game into adulthood. Game Freak doesn't care what we think anymore, because we make up such a small margin of people now, that if they can make a game that appeals to the majority of their fanbase, which believe it or not are children, they will make the most money. Game Freak simply realizes that if they can put in effort to making a game look nice and appeal to the widest demographic, they will make the most money. It doesn't matter about the <1% and it never has, its irrational to pander to the vocal minority, who isn't their target audience anymore. Its time to hop off the Pokemon train, because you are in your 20's or 30's and shouldn't care about how good a game is that appeals to 10 year olds.
