It's ability would be that after taking a certain percentage of damage, its evasiveness goes up/the foes accuracy goes down because it made itself hard to see/scared the foe.
The lore would be basically whats in this picture. its the darkness in the dark. its basically just supposed to be legitimately creepy and off putting irl unlike the rest of the ghosts.
It's effect activating could even have a nice little animation like mega gengars attack in pokken, but without the laughter
