Reposting a regional variant concept I had from last thread
Turtonator used to live deep inside a volcano in the region, but after certain events involving ancient sci-fi terraforming technology turned the volcano not only inactive, but into a snowy mountain, the Turtonator inside had to adapt to the now incredibly cold environment and fled to the few pools of melted water inside the mountain and changed by becoming aquatic Water/Dragon Pokemon and geyser themed. They now use the "weak point" hole in their stomachs to shoot water out of their shell, which instead of looking like an explosion now looks like a rocky geyser with some remnants of the shrapnel-like markings from the original shell's design. Though the main body takes cooler colors, the tail is still red and becomes flabbier and serves as a heating organ to heat up the water to shoot out of the geyser shell.
Gameplay-wise, the stats would be similar to the original. It would not be able to learn Shell Trap but I have considered giving it Steam Eruption, but am reluctant to do so being that it's the signature move of a Mythical Pokemon. It would be one of those Water mons that would be unable to learn most Ice moves, but in exchange would retain most of the original Turtonator's Fire coverage via TM usage. Not sure what the ability would be but I'd try and get creative with both it and the original's abilities since Turtonator only having Shell Armor and not even a HA was a travesty
tl;dr geyser kaiju
