Looked it up and it’s just a small minority of people complaining about this, which says a lot considering this is an anime for one of the biggest franchises. In reality, even uber woke popular artists can still get away with drawing apes as actual black people. Even in the case they do get hate, they still maintain their popularity so it doesn’t really matter in the end because most people don’t actually care
