So pic related is 3 Goldeens I have. I caught the highest one today, and the other two two days ago.
Do all these goldeens have the same maximum possible CP? To clarify, if I sat here powering up these 3 goldeens until it wouldn't let me power them up anymore, would they all have the same CP?
Second, does that maximum CP increase as I level up my trainer? And as a result, would these CP bars move backward? For example, if I keep this CP 93 goldeen for a week and gain a bunch of trainer levels, will the bar be something like 1/4 full instead of 1/3 full?
Do all pokes have the same potential?
