I recently discovered some interesting details that could be fundamental to understand when the next Pokemon Direct will be aired (or better when it will not be). On the official Japanese Pokemon site I found this page where it is written about a Pokemon event that will be held in the Tokyo Pokemon Center (on May 12) and in the Osaka Pokemon Center (on May 13).
During the event, Mr. Masuda, Mr. Ohmori and Mr. Kazumasa will be present. The entire event is focused Pokemon Ultra Sun/Ultra Moon.
So if we think about this we can understand that the broadcasting of the direct before this event is highly improbable and meaningless.
