Shiny Charm + Herb + Picnic resets, no outbreak, as soon as I settle on a location.

I also got a shiny Noivern from an outbreak, I'm thinking of leveling it to 100 and making it a Normal Tera Choice Specs Boomburst spammer.

Absolutely Iron Valiant. Honestly a lot of the other shinies don't do it for me. Ceruledge is one of my favorites this gen but they gave it a Garchomp tier shiny, it sucks.
