This movie gets a 4/10, it was aimless, and although no pokemon movie is perfect, i kept comparing it to the deoxys movie, where it felt like i was going through something with the characters, and there was even an evacuation and it felt like a catastrophe. But this movie, was really rushed, and it was as if they came up with a real quick scenario for hoopa and the director had just watched destroy all monsters.
It's kind of upsetting because hoopa's design is great, and he could've been horrifying.
