I've got a calc at which a MIN Att Garchomp can get a Dragon type Pokemon with 18 base HP down to 4% health with Dragon Claw.
I'm fairly sure this has got to be the worst stats you could give to Zygarde 10% for that damage, but desu f a m I'm no mathematician and I don't know if the data's even conclusive.
What I can say is that it is true that when 100% form emerges in the Japanese vid, it's missing the 120 HP that the 10% form lost... which is cool and convenient.
