Everything you mention in your post is the same irrelevant drivel that's been spouted off by Alolasomes since Gen 7, the only thing missing is you complaining about how the DexNav didn't work in XY because of the fucking roller skates because that's always what your non-arguments seem to boil down to in proving you don't know a single thing about what you're talking about.
Kalos is one of the most atmospheric regions in the entire series. It's certainly a step down from Hoenn and Unova in terms of overall polish but none of the locations were at all shoehorned.
