Then I played Ultra Moon. Good god, Necrozma stole my heart completely. It made an otherwise pretty mediocre game into an amazing one. Everything about its concept, design, and story is absolutely perfect. LIght prisims are super cool, black stars are cool, and taking those concepts as the catalyst for absorbing the mascots of the previous games is genius. I love it so much. And this is all coming from someone who doesn't usually like either legendaries or Pokémon with many forms.
