Sycamore is the only one with a big, respectable lab in a huge city and several people working for him.
GF really doesnt try to show why all these professors are supposed to be so big but all they have is a small labs in the middle of nowehere.
I guess Oak has a radio show but thats more trivia fun then a serious work.
There's also Burnet but she's more of a scientist than strictly pokemon professor
