And to capture Bewear which is still in progress, or in a sense Bewear has captured them.
One of SM's aspects I'm the most curios about and where it's going to lead to is Bewears involvement. It's the anti-blast off machine but it's without a doubt going to have a bigger role.
Maybe since Team Rocket will more then likely not have a Z-Move unless they get a special exclusive Z-Move somehow Bewear is there to be their bulk and muscle Pokemon for when things get dicey in future arcs.
Right now it's the only Pokemon of Team Rockets who could even stand a chance against a Z-Move.
