The hair should slick back with the 2nd evo and than get longer with the final evo to resemble pic related.
Don't think the final form should have a highly obvious surfboard tail but a flat one that slightly resembles a board.
Also seeing as our starters are pretty much confirmed it looks like we're going to need names.
