Serena, Lillie and Koharu are passive but they are not shy. Also Penny gives me the impression that she is type of shy yet serious girl that doesn't hesitate to lash out on people like Mio on K-on. She might even become a tsundere due to her shyness. I actually want Ash to have Ritsu X Mio dynamic with a girl.
I wonder why didn't Game-freak just make her look like a cute librarian girl like pic related. I feel that she could have looked like Chizuru with single hair color and better eye-shape.
