>>40221506If they're going by the real world map, then it's pretty much just the center of japan and it doesn't have rhe most interesting shape for a Pokemon region.
It's also mostly mountains so there isn't a whole lot going on there, but I guess it would work nicely for a nature-based exploration game similar to Breath of the Wild.
