After running the calculations for Dusk Mane Necrozma and assuming it gets Metal Claw, Sunsteel Strike would need to be a 2-bar move with at least 120 power to even compare to Shadow Metagross, 130 to surpass it in DPS, so basically Dragon Ascent-levels of power. On the other hand, Solgaleo with either Metal Claw or Metal Sound needs 100 or 105 power respectively to be on par with normal Metagross and 110 for both to surpass it in DPS.
