of fucking course it can, you know why? because nobody can fucking hit it, it usually takes TWO FUCKING TURNS before you can land any damage to this little cunt, especially in 3v3, which is more than enough time for it to set up. Remember when setting up required skill? Well, it doesn't anymore, because this little faggot NIGGER can absorb all damage with his fucking little pikachu costume for 2 turns unless you got stealth rock or spikes (then it takes only one turn, so you can still suck the mummified pikadick, bitch)
