With Green she's a mix of the female player (who usually gets referred to as Leaf) and the girl in the sugimori concept art's design and are pretty clearly meant to be the same character meanwhile Lyra and Kris are not, if they were they would have been the same character in Masters and Lyra's name would have also been Kris.
